I have been looking for a smoothie maker for ages and it seems I have found exactly what I need in this Hamilton Beach Dual Wave Blender!

This is perfect for me because everyone in the family has a different favourite type of smoothie. In less than thirty seconds, I can blend two different smoothies and keep both kids happy! Each of the separate blending stations has its own speed and blade settings, so you really can create two completely different drinks.

Of course, this smoothie maker is not just for the kids! I cannot wait to have a party and treat my guests to some fabulous smoothies. Because I can make an eighty-ounce pitcher (which is, in my experience, far larger than the typical smoothie machine in this price range), or even two different drinks at once, there is no danger that my guests will get parched while they are waiting for their beverages!

This machine has a special Dual Wave-Action system, which gets rid of chunks of ice. I have used smoothie makers in the past that just cannot do this, and it was really annoying! So it is nice to know this will not be an issue.

Another great thing about this machine is that it is dishwasher safe. After I’ve used it, I just give it a quick rinse then pop it in the dishwasher, and I know it will come out sparkling. Everything can go in the dishwasher, but I prefer to wash the removable blade by hand in hot water before popping it back in. This machine takes up only a small space on my countertop, which is another huge bonus. We all know that space in our kitchens is precious!

I have blended both fresh and frozen fruit in this Hamilton Beach Blender, and have had absolutely no problems.
